In December 2009 I bought a Targus Desktop USB 2 07-port Hub w / Audio transmission. My Dell Inspiron 530 desktop computers with Windows 7 does not recognize the design. Targus has advised me to wait a month until a driver is available. A month later told me, Targus Targus Desktop USB 2 07-port hub w / audio transmission and transport – 7 compatible. But my computer can not refuse to recognize it and start the installation. Targus identified construction errors and asked me to replace it back. I did not know, but was told: “Unfortunately, the case model number: ACH81US is sold out, I can not be replaced with the same model. But I am happy to replace a similar center. Please choose an alternative hub of our website ( Select your country on the link to the [。。。])。” Unfortunately, no comparable 7-Port Hub Targus, only 4-port hub. They do not give refunds, even if they can not replace design. My only option is to select one of the products of equal value to replace. Since I have no use for them, I chose to downgrade to a 4-port hub.
